Healthy Elimination
To regulate digestive function and relieve constipation
This combination of well known and trusted herbs is formulated to relieve the discomfort of constipation and difficulty achieving regular, healthy bowel movements.
The combined action of the herbs promotes increased energy and movement of food through the body, allowing smooth passage through our digestive tract and easing the problems often associated with constipation and an irregular pattern of elimination.
All the herbs contained in this formula are chosen because they bring to the body a warm, ‘yang’ energy that mobilises when ‘stuckness’ is present. This allows them to naturally and gently promote and restore movement to a slow moving or blocked digestive system and restore motability.
The herbs include Black Cardamom, good for balanced stomach acid, wind and bloating.
The wonderfully named Grains of Paradise Fruit helps elimination, digestion and stomach pains while Evodia Fruit has been used in traditional Chinese medicine since at least the first century a.d. to treat symptoms of abdominal distress.
Dried Ginger Root promotes the elimination of excessive wind from the digestive system and soothes the intestinal tract as well as easing colic and dyspepsia. Angelica nourishes blood and body fluids while Atractylodis strengthens digestion and clears turbid fluids.
Start with a low dose and use until a healthy balance, smooth digestive function and regularity have been achieved.
The dose of this safe formula can be gradually increased, according to directions on the label, until the desired effect has been achieved.
